All of our products are shipped and delivered at no extra cost. If you are at all unsatisfied with any of our products you can send them back for a full refund. We will refund the full cost of your product but you will be responsible for all shipping charges when returning the product.

Download Products

Our refund policy doesn’t extend to downloadable products which are 100% non refundable due to the nature of the purchase. We do however offer you the ability to exchange your download for something of a similar price (downloadable or disc based). Only one exchange per purchase permitted.
